Running a checklist:

iPhoneCheck

Tap on the checklist which you want to run from the 'Start' view of the app. You will then be shown the main elements of the selected checklist.

The elements may be either single- or double- tiered.

A single tier element has a check box on the left-hand side of the element which toggles between 'unchecked' and 'checked' on repeated tapping.

A double tier element has a check box on the left-hand side of the element and a 'disclosure chevron' (shown above) on the right-hand side of the element. Tapping such an element takes you to a sub-array of single-tier elements.

When all the elements have been checked in this sub-array, tap the 'Done' button to return to the corresponding main element. The checkbox in this element will now be shown as 'checked'.

In this manner, the whole checklist can be completed. In any view, all the elements in the view can be reset to 'unchecked' by tapping the reset button.

If the reset button is tapped from the starting view of the checklist, all elements in the checklist will be restored to an 'unchecked' state.
